St. Anthony Tri-Parish Catholic School attendees experience the joy of learning while being surrounded by caring people who nourish their minds and enhance their faith experience.

I have had the joy of experiencing this first-hand as my children have benefited from the outstanding opportunities St. Anthony’s offers. The only missing element in this fabulous learning environment is a better building.

It is my hope that you will join me in the opportunity we have to educate our children in a state-of-art-building. Our children, our future, will be truly blessed for generations to come.

St. Anthony Tri-Parish Catholic School, located in Casper, Wyoming, serves students from pre-school through ninth grade. It is dedicated to achieving academic excellence in a faith-filled and safe environment. It is a school that teaches more than reading, writing and arithmetic; it teaches character development, integrity and leadership skills so that students will become more understanding, compassionate and loving, and help to assure a future of world peace. Students are also taught courtesy, respect and responsibility. Self-discipline and self-motivation are among the benefits derived by students from an environment that is both nurturing and structured.

Over the years, I have been very involved in education and advocacy for children. I believe both of these things are critical to the development of a child. At St. Anthony’s, children have the outstanding opportunity to be a part of a loving, spirit-filled school with an emphasis on quality, faith-based education. We are fortunate in our community to have such high levels of academic excellence. St. Anthony Tri-Parish Catholic School strives to be a center of excellence for children pre-school through ninth grade. We must also strive to provide the best possible physical environment. I hope you will join me in giving this gift to the children of the future. They are truly our treasurers.

The Reason Why...

Over the past 82 years, the current school has deteriorated significantly. The building has outdated wiring, outlets, and heating/cooling systems.

We do not have room for a playground that meets the needs of all ages. The current student drop-off and pick-up process is congested and frustrating.

The plumbing is a constant expensive issue. There are space and storage issues, as well as a limitation for growth within the facility. We are faced with several safety and security issues which are nearly impossible to fix in our current location. Renovation of the existing school would require expensive asbestos abatement procedure and the purchase of additional costly lands for city required parking. This would add approximately $2 million to the overall project costs.

In addition, school operations would be displaced for approximately two years during demolition and construction. We must build a school incorporating the latest technology and fostering a better learning environment.

The location behind Our Lady of Fatima offers an expansive and open canvas for a new and inspired campus. The two-floor facility will include a safe drop-off area, off-street parking, a larger playground, chapel, high school sized gymnasium, commons area, music room, media center, 14 classrooms, collaborative rooms and state-of-the-art technology. The 70,000 sq. ft. building could accommodate up to 400 students.

Father August Koeune, Father Robert Fox, and Father Kevin Koch bless the grounds of the new school site. Students and parents wait for the unofficial “kid dig” ground breaking.

Celebration Mass

Blessing the Grounds
Deacon Don Stuart, Father August Koeune, Father Kevin Koch and Father Robert Fox concelebrate an outdoor Mass at the location where the chapel will reside in the new St. Anthony Tri-Parish Catholic School. It was a windy, rainy and cool August evening; but the weather calmed for the Mass.

Building our Faith Campaign Prayer

O God, Our Gracious Father,

You shower us with many gifts. All that we are and all that we have comes from You. Make us truly grateful for the many blessings You have given to us individually, as families and as a Catholic community.

As we look to our future, renew St. Anthony Tri-Parish Catholic School. Set our hearts on fire for love of You and make us a sign of your Kingdom.

May we respond out of gratitude with a generous heart! Bless us with an abundance of resources that we might accomplish Your will for us.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.

Amen
